Hi People
this is a video link via my blogs to just raise the question, ARE THE ARTS REALLY FREE WHEN GOVERNMENT CONTROL WHO GETS WHAT GRANT. I might get one if it was out of the hands of the Welsh Assembly government but as it stands. Considering their Criminal Negligence towards my Health n Welfare its unlikely to happen for these two paintings, because then I might have the finance to do the same for my political paintings.
